Default Not Enough Shouts
there should be more shouts that effect the team, or atleast those in the area around you. I think you can count the number of shouts that affect your team on 1 hand. Shouts arent supposed to be just for you, they are supposed to be a team thing. Like diablo. People from NCsoft made diable didnt they? They got it right then.

Need more shouts!

They didn't. Blizzard made it. Some of Blizzard's workers moved to ArenaNet, made GW, and NCsoft is just releasing the stuff.
